I’m 5’5 and can lay fully out on this yoga mat. It’s super comfortable in the knees but not squishy enough when you feel off balance. Doesn’t hurt the palms of my hands either which is a pain point for me with other yoga mats I’ve tried in the past. I was skeptic al with the price but it’s an awesome yoga mat with a nice simple

Im not planning on using shoes with this yoga mat. It’s clearly not a yoga mat material for high intensity WITH sneakers. I do yoga and exercises with no sneakers so it works perfectly for me and it’s durable for how I use it.

An excellent yoga mat. I’ve had quite a few over the years. Three things I like particularly: the length; one side is ribbed, the other flat; the thickness of it, so very kind on sensitive limbs, I’ve some arthritis in a few places. Actually four things: love the colour. Great price too. What’s not to love? I think it will last me for years.
